A PIL (public interest litigation) was filed against CBI (the indian equivalent of the US FBI or UK MI5), investigating agencies in the supreme court by journalist Upendra Rai because the officials of these agencies are very ruthless in harassing, humiliating, defaming, exploiting those who accused by officials who may or may not have legallly valid proof.
