Indian Domain investors, online publishers openly discriminated against by Paypal

Any person who will login to their paypal account in the last fortnight is getting a message that if they sign up as a freelancer, at Paypal they will get a 1% concession in the exchange rate or currency conversion fees. Additionally in the list of “freelance websites” Paypal has included ad networks like Infolinks, Bidvertiser, Popads which work only with online publishers.
On the other hand domain investors who have invested a large amount online in domains, pay a huge amount yearly in terms of renewal fees and online publishers are denied the concession which freelancers are getting . Like the freelancers, many of the domain investors are single person companies who are spending their time and hard earned money on domain names.
Additionally while the risk taken by the freelancers remains limited as they are only providing a service, the domain investors are taking a very great risk, as the majority of the domain names they are registering do not make any money at all. Yet despite spending a lot of time and money online, indian domain investors and online publishers are discriminated against, denied the 1% concession in Paypal exchange rates.

Typically indian domain investors are paying 10% of the sales revenues as Paypal fees because they are not allowed to use Paypal as a online wallet, unlike most other countries. It would interesting to know the name or names and motivation of the officials who have influenced Paypal to take the decision to offer 1% discount on the exchange rate if an Indian paypal account holder signs up as a freelancer.

The official or his associates may be involved in grabbing expensive domain names, websites, and after a 6 year website, domain grabbing spree, abusing his powers, labelling the domain investor as a security threat, he know wants the few remaining indian domain investors to declare themselves to be freelancers so that he can steal the remaining domain names.

It indicates the greed, dishonesty and selfishness of the top officials in indian internet sector, that they are not willing to acknowledge the indian domain investors who are spending their hard earned money and valuable time registering and managing domain names. Paypal should offered the 1% discount to all Indian Paypal account holders who are sole proprietors, not private limited companies where intelligence agency officials have a stake.
